  • Log in to the Sedres HR App
  • Employee Master data
  • Attendance
  • Apply for leave request
  • Apply for any other request from HR
  • Generation of Payslip

Collected information includes:

  • Name
  • Employee ID
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Authentication data
  • Location
  • Images, remarks, or notes submitted

All information must be accurate and up to date. Users are responsible for notifying us of any updates.

 2. Sensitive Information

We may process sensitive information only when legally required or upon your explicit consent. This includes:

  • GPS location data: Real-time tracking of executive routes or store visits
  • Government-issued identifiers (if applicable): For validation during compliance checks
  • Access to camera or gallery: To capture or upload store or product images as part of task documentation

We do not collect biometric, genetic, or religious data.

 3. Application and Device Data

When using the Sedres HR App, we may collect:

  • Geolocation: For validating executive market visits
  • Device Access: To access camera, location, or storage if needed
  • Device Data:
    • Device model, manufacturer, and OS version
    • Internet service provider/mobile network
    • App version, log files, crash reports
    • IP address and session duration

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

No. The Sedres HR App does not use cookies. All tracking is permission-based and occurs only within the app context, such as geolocation and usage logging.

 HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

Currently, Sedres HR App does not support login via social platforms. If this feature is introduced in future versions, the privacy notice will be updated accordingly.

 HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Comply with internal audits and legal obligations
  • Support operational workflows and reporting
  • Maintain user accounts while active

Once data is no longer needed:

  • It is either securely deleted
  • Or anonymized for historical and analytics purposes

Backups may retain residual data temporarily under secure, isolated conditions.

No. The Sedres HR App is strictly for use by authorized employees and executives. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

If data from a minor is found, it will be promptly deleted and access revoked. Parents or guardians can contact us to resolve such incidents.

DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
